Biography
Austin Marshall is an Associate Attorney with Herrera Arellano LLP and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a member of Herrera Arellano’s litigation team, Austin has appeared in state and federal court on behalf of clients in several high-profile political law matters. His practice also includes advising clients across the county on public law, regulatory, and campaign-finance matters at the local, state, and federal levels.
Austin earned bachelor degrees summa cum laude in economics and political science from Arizona State University and his juris doctor cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to joining Herrera Arellano LLP, Austin clerked for the Honorable Michael T. Morrissey, United States Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Honorable David B. Gass, then-Vice Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. Before his legal career, Austin worked for political campaigns in the Phoenix area, including managing a campaign for Arizona Superintendent for Public Instruction.
In his free time, Austin enjoys cooking at home, attempting amateur travel photography, and cultivating inner peace.
